What's underneath matters

RapidFlow™

Full flow-through backing. Water leaves as fast as it lands, so play resumes the moment the rain stops.

  • 1,000″+ per hour drainage
  • Flow-through backing
  • Fast drying surface

TorrentFlow™

Built for the pack. Engineered drainage and surface chemistry that keeps pet areas cleaner and drier.

  • Odor reduction
  • Cleaner surface
  • Rapid drying

BioCel™

A proprietary soy-based polyurethane, made domestically. Renewable components replace part of the petroleum load without giving up strength — and the same chemistry contributes to a cooler surface underfoot through a Las Vegas summer.

  • Proprietary soy-based polyurethane
  • Contributes to heat reduction underfoot
  • Moisture-resistant, dimensionally stable
  • Made in the USA

Antimicrobial Backing

Every Rebel roll and Alpha Pack is built on antimicrobial urethane — protection woven into the backing itself, not sprayed on after.

  • Rebel — helps prevent mold growth
  • Alpha Pack — helps prevent bacterial growth
  • Built into the backing, not a coating

How the ceramic media drives the cooling cycle

{{ infillDiagram }}
Reservoir ceramic — holds and slowly releases Evaporator ceramic — spreads and evaporates fast
1

Heat transfers into the infill layer. Sun loads the blade surface, and that energy moves down into the infill rather than sitting on top of the turf.

2

Two ceramic media, two jobs. A high-porosity ceramic holds water deep in its pore structure and releases it slowly — the reservoir. A denser, surface-active ceramic spreads that moisture across a high surface area and evaporates it fast — the evaporator.

3

The exchange keeps it going for hours. As the evaporator dries it draws more water from the reservoir, while the sand matrix spreads heat evenly across the profile. That’s a long-duration cooling loop rather than a short burst — and it restarts every time the ceramic rehydrates from irrigation, rain, or dew.
